I’m working on a little comic about myself at age 14 and you’d better believe that thinking about that time reminds me a lot of this gal here.  I HAD to take a break to sketch her.  Sailor Moon was the first lady superhero to whom I was exposed who kicked ass and fought for justice in an extremely feminine (non-hypersexual) way.  Loved her.  Still love her.

Day 27: Favorite and least favorite cut-scene?

Zelda games have cut-scenes?

Hmm… I love the scene where you barely escape from Ganondorf, and then Valoo sets the tower ablaze. He’s all like “Fuck you, Ganondorf!”

My least favorite is when Midna leaves at the end of Twilight Princess. She’s all like, “I must now depart!” *tear* And Link is all like “Yup. I guess so.”

It’s like he doesn’t even care. >:|

Those are some good choices!

1910’s-era movie theater etiquette Public Service Announcements (via 1,2)

Most early movie theaters had only one projector so “etiquette slides” were used to divert the audience while reels were being changed. These glass slides often featured lighthearted instructions for proper behavior while viewing a film.

Favorite and least favorite cut-scene?

Uh … I don’t know. :I There’s too many! I feel like any that come to mind are the intro ones, and that just feels like cheaping out.

So … I’m just going to cheap out completely and say none/all, haha.

It’s the looks of incredulity that make me laugh so hard

I like that the diaper one is still trying to look stoic.
